As a Senior Consultant at Reply, I focused on product vision and strategy—helping leading European and German clients solve critical business challenges through deep user understanding. I employed qualitative and quantitative research methods alongside design thinking to not only identify problems but translate insights into actionable improvements, and measurable outcomes.

LLM-powered Generative Conversational AI Design & Managment
At Union Investment (a leading German asset manager with over €500 bn AUM), I led design & validation of VisuaVest LLM-powered generative conversational assistant for investor onboarding and support — from research and prototypes to release managment and monitoring.
Result: +15% onboarding sign-ups.
